They both go to a vacuum source, one of the vacuum hoses off of the intake manifold. You can T into them, or buy a Vacuum Block.

Wastegate goes to intake mani if you want the source of the boost to be mesasured at the intake mani, with a t between the two and a boost controller inbetween

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I am not a turbo guy, but it doesn't make a difference. Vacuum is vacuum. Just make sure the nipple you use on the source is the same (or close to) size as where it goes onto the BOV/wastegate. What I mean is, don't go wasting time with a million reducers and crap so you can use a 1/2" source for a 1/16" nipple on the BOV. That's just retarded...

yes vaccum is vaccum, aslong as you tap vaccum after the t-body.
