The only requirements are real basic. Drivers license and a helmet. They have loaner helmets on site also.

Make sure all you lug nuts are on, battery is tied down good, and your brakes work and you should be good to go.

Pre reg at azsolo.com and it will be cheaper. I will be in a super fast red EF and then my ITR in the afternoon if you wanna say whats up. I'm tall and goofy lookin :P
