have alternator in had for the Ls1, so provided I get it on tomorrow with no snags I will be out there.

Brother is taking his nova out tonite., We were trying to get it ready for firebird., he will be running a black 74 nova, no hood - I wanna see what it can do., just did a engine swap so im excited.

I will see if i can get insurance on my civic and a temp tag. I NEED To break into the 14's damnit!!!!! its pissing me off so bad

not good times. car was falling on its face and I couldnt figure out why. so after 5 runs and an hour of fucking with it I notice a wire that has been worn thru, and guess what it was? the power to the nitrous solenoid, yea thats right, so it was just pouring fuel on it. So once I got that figured out it was crowsed as fuk so I only made one run, tried to hit the juice at 35 and pitched the car sideways thru second. 12.45 @ 119 FTL

Doh! I cant get the civic to catch., and im only running somewhere in the mid 15's at 93mph... I swear, 7lbs flywheel is a waste of money when it comes to drag.... and I really think a LSD would help me get into the 14's I think I should be able to make it. My car got slower since i upgraded flywheel and clutch., (my cluch was screwed up and slipping before) I was able to get a 15.2 before changing flywheel/clutch/intake manifold (73). now it seems to breath much better but... LSD and a tune (stiffer springs) would help too..

Also met up with a few folks from here, i think there was an older gentelman with his "daughter"? she was driving a black del sol, I got the number of some other dude that does tuning but i cant find it in my phone. I might hit him up for that tune.

LoL, anybody catch that bad ass supra out there? that thing was nuts...

And the driver... eh... like a 8 second reaction time. would sit there... spool up the turbo., like crazy... untill car was like at maximum rpm.., then launch., bounce the car a few times, then take off..., It was nuts., i figured his transmission brake was stuck or something., it was wierd the way he was driving it..

that is Saad my buddy works for him, they were just trying to get the car to hook off the line at max boost. that car is retarded quick!
