It keeps the AZHT organization from getting a lot of fool and thieves who are only joining to make a quick buck rather than contribute to the society which is the main point of the site.

I see your point but now my statement is just because someone posted 300 times in random places this doesn't mean they won't want to make a quick buck. So in reality the number of post is irrelivant to what a person is selling.

No one on here will get 'random posts'. Contribute, or we'll just delete the posts or the user in general. People tend to get fed up when they cant just do what they want, and will go for easier pray.
