the fella who rattle canned the wheels i have, Got A LOT of overspray on the tires, any ways of going about removing this without damaging the tires?

I have already tryed Lacquer Thinnner, No results.
Was thinking aircraft remover, but im thinking it will eat the rubber.

Was told to try a High powered - Power washer....

any input?

Aircraft remover (the cheap stuff at vatozone in the cans) wont hurt the rubber if you wash it off immediately. I've done it many times and never an issue.
