When I first bought my Integra I did the rear wiper delete and first time it rain I got into my car the next morning and it smelled so bad I pop the hatch and there was a mini lake in the back by the spare tire...
then the owner before be had a roll cage in it bolted down so I couldnt drive to fast in the rain or water would come up threw the wholes in the floor lol

I have heard mixed reviews about that hydrashield from crsx... some say it doesn't work all too well so i wouldn't trust your motor to it.
