ummmm they give you running shoes in basic bro. quit over reacting... they give you a 250 dollar card they take out of your paycheck later on. you buy your basic shit. your shoes - they do a foot analysis thing where it pulls up your size and your stats on the proper shoes to fit. dont sweat it.

this is true, but i think he was referring to trying to get in shape before he goes into his "boot camp" training. when i signed into the military i was giving an sheet with before (boot camp), during, and after which included your weight, run times, sit ups, push up, and chin ups. almost a guideline of how fit your suppose to be and gonna be before they actually whip your ass into shape.

im guessing since this fool smokes (mary jane) and prob drinks and the fact that he doesnt even own a pair of decent running shoe leads me to believe that he is no where near the fitness criteria .

i would donate a pair of my training shoes but i usually wear about a 9.5 to 10 and also doesnt help that im 2500 miles away. hope you find a good pair and wish you luck in your enlistment

I have a proposition for you, because your going into a military service im willing to help out one of my brothers. i know ppl on this site are a lil hesitant about giving you money to buy running shoes, but i know that you will NEED them to get in shape. ive seen my fair share of kids passing out due to them being out of shape before shipping out.

ppl on this site will donate if they know 100% that the money is going to the cause mentioned. also it takes a lot of courage for a MAN to come out publicly and ask for a helping hand.

so this is what i got for you, look online or in your local shoe store and pick the shoe that best fits your needs (i would suggest some type of cross training shoe) and get a price on them then post on this thread what shoe you chose and the price tag.

after that i suggesting that you talk to one of the moderators so they can collect the money (paypal, check, money order, etc) for you since ppl would actually trust them more.

once the funds reached the goal to purchase your shoes, the money could be handed to you or the moderators could purchase them for you online and ship them to your residence. (if money is handed to you, i would encourage you to show pics of the shoes along with a receipt of purchase)

if my suggestion is too much pls feel free to express your opinion or if you have an idea that is more suitable then post your idea. also i would like to get the publics feedback on this suggestion.
