BTLD_LS1 do you happen to have a clutch linkage for a old school 4 speed? the piece that goes off the zbar and onto the fork?

I have sumthin in the garage I have been workin on that I wanna run vs the LS1 ;-)...

Unfortunately I have NOTHING for the old school clutches, everything I have had in the past 3 years that is stick has been hydraulic. I just want s to make sure I know what you are talking about tho, are you looking for the adjustable rod that goes into the fork? If that is the part ,and you know the year you would need it from, I can ask around and see if a few of my buddies that have 4 speed 70's cars might have some extra parts. If not, I got employee pricing through Thorobred, so new parts from the dealer don't hit the wallet hard at all!

Ill be happy to help you in anyway that I can. Its been a few years since I played with TPI stuff. Modded my buddies 350 TPI and built my other friends 305 TPI from the ground up so Ill offer whatever I can!

So I wnet and picked the Formula up and half way home the mother f*cker pegs out the temp gauge, so I pull over and let it cool, put some water in her and start off again, and same shit, this time only like 5 miles down the road. anyways, I didnt end up getting the car home until about 10. then when I looked at it in the morning the moron I bought the car from wired the fans backwards so they were pushing instead of pulling. she is all patched up now. hope you all had more fun than i!

We had a good time. Damn... it's hot as hell in Phoenix! I think it was still over 100 degrees at 10:00 PM that night. Humid as hell lol... I think we made 8 passes for the night. The turn out was pretty small, so we could have made quite a few more. As far as my driving... for the life of me I cannot get this thing into second gear. I think that is my biggest hang up. I missed gears all night, but still ran consistant 11.2s @ 124+ didn't seem to matter how good or bad I drove it. Either way I had a blast.
