well deducting from the things read already it seems like he told a bunch of people he could tune their cars and he did but didn't actually know how and blew up around 10 engines before finally getting a hang of it than disappeared but still got caught and got his ass kicked?

He fucked up an ECU of mine... I had to drive from his "work" in South Phoenix to North Phoenix with it running like dog shit and only revving to 3k.

He did however help me put my LSVTEC in...

Cool kid, just when I knew him he had his shit all fucked up and he got married at 18... Chelsea was cool too, but like him she was immature.
