i don't realy know much but if your worried why not unplug the jumper and put the obd2 in when you go to emissions.

Exactly

Its only a couple plastic clips to remove the kick panel then 2 10mm bolts holding the ecu in. The codereaders at DMV wont recognize the obd1 ecu so you wont pass unless they decide to test your car with the sniffer.

Why do people think that P28 ECU's and chips without actual dyno time make horsepower? Fucking tools.....

P28's are not some sort of magical ECU.

Unless you're doing cams or bumping up compression in that B16A3, just get a P2T ECU and be fucking done with it.

I can't make up my mind either. What does everyone think. I either want to build a crx, del sol, or a hatch. Any ideas anyone?

then you should be able to get that p28 to run whatever setup u want.. provided to get the obd1 to obd2 conversion harness...

i already know about all the details i was wondering if i lose out on a lot of hp if i dont run the chiped p28 instead of a stock p2t

Yes, you probably wouldn't make the same amount of whp with a stock P2T ECU verses getting your car tuned.

Found a k20 motor for $2500 with only 40k. Good deal or no. I usually don't build honda's so i don't know much about them. Trying to learn what's the best way to go.
