x2, I'm at Honeywell by Sky Harbor. I was in the freakin machine when the power went out, it scared the crap out of me. The lights flickered on and off 3 times, and the machines went haywire.

the electricity at work has surged three times, and every time i have to get on the phone with tech support to restart the servers, the umbrellas all flew into the parking lot, three rooms on the first floor of the hotel are flooded, and one of our exterior lights was cracked by flying debris.

there was no different roads last nite.. from i-10 and elliot to i-17 and the 101, everything was several inches deep of water.. it was so bad that there was no planes coming or going at the airport during what is normally one of the busiest times of the week..

i dunno where you are from but that was no tiny thunderstorm for arizona.. i have been in arizona for monsoon season every year of my 28 yr old life and never have seen as much rain and lightning as what i saw last nite..

Yeah that was a nice storm sat out in the rain for an hour watching people jump the speed bump because they couldnt see it. Ive lived here 26 years and that was a nice storm ,but I have seen alot worse . I miss the storms we used to have in the late 80's early 90's when you see a huge cloud of dust and then the storm would move in right behind it !
