Iphone Help Needed

I have been using the iPhone since 2/08 unlocked it for tmobile with zero problems but when I updated to 2.0.1 via Itunes but in the process my iPhone locked (I was told updating wouldn't cause this problem so thats why I updated it). I tried unlocking it via Ziphone and I even paid for iLiberty but all the phone does is just enter recovery mode (screen only displays the usb cable and the itunes label) and I restore it via itunes but same process repeats when trying to unlock it and just displays N/A under the capacity, software version, serial number.

Can someone fix my iPhone?

you CAN unlock 2.0 NOT 2.01..atleast thats what modmyifone says...you probably bricked your phone and just need to get it into DFU mode then restore it in itunes then download like itunes 7.5 and unlock 2.0 NOT 2.01 that or call that guy on craigslist that does it with the tzones hack for $15.

thanks I just now noticed the info with unlocking 2.0.1 which is not available yet so the waiting game has started for the unlocking of 2.0.1 with pc, fuck this sucks I should have done more research :dumbass:

yeah you should have! oh well the good thing is that its an easy fix! if i were you id stay on 1.14 because of all the 3rd party apps. the only reason i stay on 2.0 is for AIM..other than that i would be on 1.14...fuck it i feel like going to 1.14 right now haha
