not done still got a ways to go but i did decide on takin the outside part off and changing the shading cuz its guna be a sleeve so i wanted a round area to wrap a pattern around it

i know the history behind this god...his name is Huizilopochtli....sun god, god of war....i would tell you the whole story of him but its too damn long..but heres a bit of it...came out of his moms womb a full grown man with full armor, decapitated his sister because she had plotted to kill him while still in the womb..threw her head up int he sky and made her the moon so his mother can be happy with still seeing the sister every night, then went on to kill 400 of his brothers n sisters and made them the stars...basically he made the aztecs into the mexicas and sent them lookin for the eagle with the snake in its mouth and told them to build the city of teotihuacan now known as Mexico City...where im from..so for me this is a heritage thing....

Uhh Teotihuacan is the other settlements with the crazy pyramids and complexes 25 miles northeast of Mexico City...are you sure you aren't thinking of Tenochtitlan? Because I know Tenochtitlan was set up by the Aztecs in 1325, specifically by the Nahuatl Aztecs who were the Mexica group of the Nahuatl with the story of the eagle with the serpent. Not tryin' to be a smartass, I just love history lol.

nice tat. I started a sleeve in honor of my son. It is a bunch of colored (red, blue, green, yellow) puzzle pieces. He is 8 and was diagnosed with Autism 4 years ago. Its gonna be pretty sick when it is done. It was going to be just the pieces on my fore arm, but it is going to morph into a puzzle piece scaled dragon going up my arm and onto my chest over my heart. His chinese sign is the dragon. Any way I had it done at Black Lotus Tattooers by Byron Winkleman. Look him up. He has one 1st and second place trophys at the last two tat conventions. Nice guy. He also did my VW tat on my back.
