its just a new car going to a dealership. they wrap it in vinyl to protect from rocks and stuff.

No this car is painted black and white, plus it has a registered license plate.. When a new car is delivered to a dealership with the plastic on it, its on a transport truck and then it goes through PDI (product delivery inspection) and they peel all that shit off. Even if it did have it, it would have white plastic on the hood, and the hood is black.

I used to work for Earnhardt Honda in Avondale..
