Well besides having a P28 chipped to run a B16, will the P28 work without being chipped?
And if it works, will I fuck up my motor if I run it on this P28 ecu instead of a P30?

Don't do it. It can mess with the motor. I've seen it before with the H series. No bueno.

It will "run."
However not well or safely, from a longevity standpoint.

just get a chipped p28, why would you bother with running a d16 program on a b16. vtec is too high, redline is lower and certainly fuel and spark will be run. if you just want it to run, cool. it'll do that.

vtec ona stock p28 is 4900, on a p30 its 5500 how would it be too high using a stock p28

it will run, but not like you want it to.. the stock p28 is to run a d series vtec motor not a b16 so your just better of getting a chip.
