do your research before asking questions that are already answered in a million different places. there is not a straight answer to your question. figure out what your plans are for the engine then figure out what motor you need. k20a.org is your best friend

Get a K20a2 (Type-S motor, 200hp to crank) or a K20a (Type-R motor, 220hp to crank), both are K-Pro compatible and easier to mod and tune.
A K20z1 is from a 05-06 Type-S, but isn't directly K-Pro compatible which would make it harder to swap
A K20a3 is from a Base RSX and EP3, not really a worthwhile swap....
