I just dropped a d16z6 engine/tranny in my 95 civic dx coupe. Right now I only have rear tranny mount, upper tranny mount, and upper engine mount. Once I dropped the jack, and lifted the hoist, the engine is sitting uneven. The tranny side is sitting higher than the block side..I do not have the mounts, that bolt up under the left/right part of the chassis. Would that be the problem?? Or is it something else??

Here is a pic of how it sits right now, and the upper tranny mount im using(just picked it up from the jnk yrd)..

Check the bracket on the engine that bolts to the block and mounts to the driver side bracket. My Z6 sat uneven like that and it turned out to be that 1 of the bolts holding in the bracket was backing itself out of the block.

the car was auto before, look at the tranny side frame rail bracket. Hasport sells the mount
