:clapper:

And I say go with Hondata S300.
A little bit more to the cost and a lot more options!

The other issue to consider is how much fuel pressure your running.

And what size turbo with how many CFM's @ what psi. Figure that out first, then you can figure out injector sizing

450cc will be more than enough.

Ah gay double post for me :(

but Fuel pressure is another thing to consider too.
You'll probably need a Walboro 255

figure out your hp goals then go off this

remember it is always good to have room for improvement

based off 90% duty cycle
this is per cylinder so multiply by 4 for total power
310cc 52 HP
400cc 68 HP
440cc 77 HP
525cc 90 HP
580cc 100 HP
680cc 117 HP
780cc 135 HP
880cc 117 HP
1000cc 171 HP
1600cc 275 HP

remember to upgrade your stock fuel pump also
i would go with a walbro 255 for your setup

s200 is plenty for what most people use it for and should meet most of your needs, but s300 is where its at if your going to stay with hondata. also check out neptune and neptune rtp

It would be a good idea to go a little bigger with injectors just incase you decide to add more boost or run a bigger turbo. RC 650cc got me up to 500WHP which is all you could probably max out with that motor. The s300 is also cool because it has many options and you can do a boost by gear set up and much more, just ask Tim @Xact dyno, he can tell you all about that.

550s should be fine and s100 s300 doesnt matter just preference s300 is alot more easy to work with but s300 for the money i would save it and buy ectune does all the same shit and its a fraction of the price.

Remember though the weakest part of all d series motors is the Rods!

yes but can handle a good enough amount of boost before any major issues such as rod issues. but you are correct

this thread is full of fail. (except for lump/ integra ls/ums)

soooooooo many factors to be dealt with...

size of turbo
compression
pump fuel
yaddy yadda yadda

lol im just teasing you guys. i only say that b/c my 30r @ 25 psi on 750cc is giving me close to 400@ the wheels and with some 1000cc on race gas will put me to 450+ @ the wheels
