I had some work done on my car and when I got the car back I noticed that my hood is not closing flush on the passenger side anymore. The place that did the work said they did some adjustments to the rubber fitments that the hood closes down on but in actuality this did not fix the problem. :boxer:

It is propped up an extra 1/4'' in the front where the hood, bumper, and headlight all meet. I have tried opening and closing it and pushing it down on several different occasions but nothing seems to help. When I press the hood release, the passenger side of the hood leaps up and the driver side barely moves... like something is bent somewhere but I can't figure it out.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or how I can adjust it???? :type:

The hood latch is a good idea. There is also some rubber plugs on each side under the hhod . I f you turn the plug right it raises the plug and it it lowers it you when you turn left. You may just need to ajdust them .

could also try tweaking the hood. open it and just grab both corners and push down on the side that is up and up on the side that is down. it wont mess up ur hood it will adjust the hinges.
