Givie it a little time...some of the drag race guys will pop on and give you some advice on set ups they run....

Some of the vendors might have some suggestions, try hitting up local shops as well

Why only 12 pounds, I have a fully built Closed deck sleeved gsr block with a stage three Joe alaniz head and a t3/t67 p trim on mine but I am going to boost it to 24 to 28 pounds. If you are trying to dial your suspension in, I would dail it in at high horsepower if that is what you plan on running at. Why dial everything in at 450 and than acutally run your car at 600. I would also suggest getting a good traction bar if you don't already have one. H&R coil overs are good too.

I already have a full race traction bar, im going for a 10pt rollcage i think that can help... I though that the t3/t67 are good for only 600 hp tops and that pushing it so i was thinking just keep it in the low 500's ... Plus its an ef and i know is not the best chassis to build a race car (traction) and is a crx (short wheel base) so i think low to mid 500's w good driving and good traction shut be enough to put me deep in the ten's... High 9's ??

If you have the t3/t67 p trim, that is good for 750 WHP I did some tuning this weekend and put 550 down at 22 pounds 595 at 24 pounds but my clutch was slipping at 30 pounds and I need a better in line fuel pump, mine couldn't flow the fuel. Once I get the bosch 044 fuel pump I will have the fuel and once I get a better clutch I will be at around 680 to 700 WHP with the T3/t67. As for you running high 9's I am not sure, Jake was running 825WHP and his best was a 9.99. I would say you should have no problem getting 10.7 to 10.9's.

What fuel system do u have? Do u know anything about double fuel pumps? (2-255's) walbro sells the bracket but i have no idea about how to wire them... I want to do 2-255's and some 1000's rc injectors... But i have no idea how to wire them up...

I run 1000cc Rc fuel injectors a 255 Walbro intank fuel pump and a t-rex inline fuel pump. I bought the t-rex off this guy Wade from TTM and he said it would flow but it flows like trash, I couldn't handle more than 595 WHP and he said he pulled it off a big supercharged camero. I am going to buy a bosch 044 fuel pump, this will flow to 90psi and be good enough for well over 700WHP. If you get the 255 intank fuel pump and a bosch 044 in line fuel pump with 1000cc injectors your good for 700WHP.
