Going to replace tie rod boots and actual outter rods
Mount Azenis

Then just clean up the car....

I need some tools with some ass behind them. I have a stuck axle nut that I would like to break. It's not important right now, just would like to get it done.

U need a 32mm impact socket and a 3ft breaker bar son! The inch equivilent will work (I've had to use one at the track) Thank god the people that race those old bush series lookin cars have tons of tools.

I have a 32mm wrench but no socket. I'm not a 100% sure but I don't think the wrench will work on the front axles b/c it can't reach into the area the nut is.

Like I said, I need some tools with more ass....basically an impact (driven by compressed air) that can put out some more power!

I don't think there's any 1/2" impact gun on the planet that's going to generate more torque than this. My suggestion is to get that breaker bar and use that 3' handle and lay it on the ground. Then get in your car and drive foward with the breaker bar still attached. You will either "bust-a-nut" or bust the wrench...

Joser, really a free track day eh? What is the cost of a membership and this event at East? Also, what date is the FIR West free one? Are you saying it's the same date as the NASA event?

If you have air I have a 600 ft/lbs impact gun. I have had a axle nut that was seized on that it couldnt break though. Could be worth a try. Tage idea a good idea also though just got to be carefull.

hit it with some wd40 first, turn your compressor up to 160 ft/lbs and the gun all the way up. i have never ran into a nut my craftsman pro gun couldnt pop up. you can swing by and ill pop if for you and we can put it back on by hand so you can get home

I think Phil and I are planning on running the PASA event that Friday, then do the NASA event on Saturday, since there is no 2 day for DE3 that weekend and we don't feel like dropping down to DE2 that Sunday.
