What you got?
What you like or hate?
What you've broke?
Where's your pics?
I can tell you one thing, I got nothin! I'm still deciding on what I want. I'm pissed that Koni doesn't have a stock like strut designed for our car yet. They have a rear but no front.
Beyond my knowledge of road racing and suspension dynamics here's some general stuff of what I know about running setups on this car
1.) Don't buy a coilover kit that has Aluminum mounts for the font strut. Steel bodies and mounts are best and safest. People are breaking cheap coilovers on cars designed with struts. Many Buddy Clubs have failed on RSX's. Some PIC have failed on EVOs.
2.) I haven't verified it yet, but I think that all (cheap) coilover setups on this car will actually give you less front wheel clearance. The spring and spring perches will extend down by the side of the tires. 6" Springs might even. When I say cheap, I mean setups under that of Moton and JRZ in which you can run 2.25" springs and collars. I don't know of any other coilover system that can run 2.25" springs. I'm no baller but under $800 is cheap in my book.
3.) Rear Motion ratio sucks but is better than a RSX which isn't saying much but will allow you to run less of spring rate to achieve the same stiffness. Moving the spring to over the shock will make a better motion ratio and you could run less spring than old EG and DC hondas.
4.) Steel bodied coilovers I know as of now = Tein, Progress, Koni Redshiftmotorsprots, Moton, JRZ, Tokico blues with GC coilovers.
more to be added later.. . maybe :upyours:
