How to paint a wheel a flat color

I was looking into painting my wheels and there's no DIY but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it.

Take the wheel off.
Wet sand it
Clean off with water and rubbing alchol.
Lay a deck of cards between the rim and wheel. Theres your masking and prep!
Now Just spray away then put clear coat over it.(optional)
let dry

Painting wheels is easy.
Use 3x5 cards to protect the over spray on to the tires,painters (blue) tape, sandpaper to crash the surface to make the paint stick good.

U can use duplicolor wheel paint works good.
