Just wondering what all you guys are taking. Post pics, list it, whatever.

I don't take much at all, and I buy cheapppp ass protein!

VitaSport Fuzion
Body Fortress whey protein "super recovery blend"
Omega 3 fish oil
Multi-vitamins

I absolutely hate how my protein tastes, but for the price I'll suck it down. I don't take it as often as I should, but I focus on my diet more than anything else I do/take.

the first protein I ever tried was some cheap stuff from walmart, and now I'm scarred for life lol. Seriously, it was the thickest, dryest tasting shit ever. It took me like an hour to drink it because it was thick like peanut butter.

I only use Synthetek Products. I tried Xyience NOxCg3 and BSN NoExplode products and I thought they were junk. The only things I liked from BSN were cheaters,dessert,and syntha 6. I still don't know what I think about axis-ht...

Yeah it is alot of supplements. I add my BCAA powder and Glutamine to my protein shakes throughout the day. I take my animal pak in the morning with breakfast. With my lunch and dinner, Ill take Omega 3 and Chromium. When I hit the gym at night, Ill take my animal cuts along with NO explode about 30 min before starting my workout. Before bed, ill make a casein shake and pop a few ZMA's. Definitely gives me a good boost in the gym, I do feel great taking the supplements.

Ive been doing this stack for about a year, Its given me the best results. I'm 270lbs at %18 body fat right now, my goal is a nice lean 250lbs.

I would suggest putting a workout together and busting your ass in the gym. You can start with the basics by buying a quality protein,eating ALOT of clean foods if you want to gain size and get plenty of sleep. You can start a hard gainer program also. You can PM me if you want some more information. I can also help you build a workout program to get you started, just let me know.

cellmass claims to speed up recovery. If you truly get a good workout and work them good, your gonna be sore. No supp can help with that haah.

I love it. I recently ran out and when I go to the gym without it, its just not the same. I mean yeah you still get a pump. But I just seem to feel my muscles get alot more fatagued(sp) quicker. Cant do as many reps. Maybe it's just the caffiene, I couldn't tell you, but I can say Id much rather have it than not.

I like it alot. Its only a PREWORKOUT drink though. i thought i seen another member asking if we were getting gains from it or something. But i find it works i take it first thing in the morning at around 6 and heads to the gym. I finish my workouts. And i have always had goos stamina but this way i usually keep my weight and finish my reps without my form giving away to much.

I recommend it.

Id recommend lemonade. The fruit punch was my least favorite, it was horrible actually. I liked lemonade and orange...

that shit is great.i was benching around 185 when i started using it iam up to 265 in 5 months. you recover quicker and hurts less. add some glautmine is great too

im using megamen for a vitamin, today kinda went empty stomach mode at the gym working bis and tris (hammers, 21 guns, overheads) 1/2 mile on the olyptical for a cool down. 6 oz of ababolic od, followed by noodles, corn and peas with 12 oz of muscle milk and ate shitty for dinner lol im trying to get back into lifting but im so tired from work i barely got the motivation to get out of bed in the morning to go to the gym

not everyone can just go to the gym and grow unless you have a perfect body. thats what supplements are there for. its actually helped me lose 15 lbs, and grown 8% muscle mass in the last 7 months

I have a naturally fast metabolism and I take supps to help gain weight. If I had to gain weight without supps I would have to eat like 10 times a day to get the calories I get from supps.

Right now I take Mass XXX from gnc to gain weight and liquid creatine

Yes, any extra will be passed out as waste. Our body can't get some of the necessary vitamins and minerals, or enough of them, to meet our bodies needs. EFA's are a prime example of this. I doubt you are getting a sufficient amount unless you live in Alaska and hunt salmon with the bears. This goes along with protein, creatine etc.

Nutrabio.com has all kinds of supplements. When I got my mass gainer and whey protein from them it was super fresh, but took a couple weeks to get. Very good place to buy from, competitive prices too.

Completely quit all pre workout supplements and now only take multi's, fish oil, protein and Xtend.

I've been putting up more weight since I stopped than ever before, and my pumps are so much crazier than before. I start MassFX next week. Should be fun.

I've worked out before and I am starting to work out again. My problem is I have stomach fat and bitch tits that I want to get rid of. I lift free weights so I have the mass and muscle it's just hiding out. Since I have the mass should I use protein, what should I eat as a diet, what other workouts should i do, and what supps shoud i take?

Just picked up some Body Fortress Creatine (fruit punch)... First time using any type of supp. Figured its cheap so whyyyyy not.

Been taking it a few times a day the last 3 days to help get it into my system/saturate the muscles. Then will just take it post Training.

Should I pick up Protein as well? I eat tuna/salmon and chicken daily... trying to get a little bigger. I'm 5'11" 175.

Also thoughts about ZMA? good? bad? pointless?

I like the creatine.. the fruit punch flavor tastes pretty good and have seen some decent results... i actually picked up some of the body fortress Whey protein (strawberry) yesterday. I'm not sure where any health stores are that sell others and wally world is basically the only thing near me in QC. It doesn't taste tooooooo bad, but its not the greatest... mixed it with SILK. (Im lactose intolerant)

I'm definitely going to check that site and order some more for when te body fortress is out! Thanks yo!

Should I take both post work out?? Or just take the creatine every morning and the protein post.

2.) I hear once you stop using creatine your muscle could just get flabby because it is just water retention basically in your muscle. True? I've read mixed thoughts. and think adding the protein will help with this issue.

Only certain creatines will retain water. Once you stop taking the creatine, your muscles will actually be a lot harder with a hair more definition.

I wouldn't worry too much about supplements to be honest. I've tried so many, spent so much money and have never felt much of a difference with any of them(except for the placebo affect they had when I first started lifting). Right now I'm taking nothing but the basics (multi vitamin, fish oil, protein, bcaa) and putting the rest of the money I normally spend into (more) food and have seen much better results.

This crap is just annoying. Why cant we just eat and be lazy daily and gain weight. All these supps cost a lot of money and for a very small gain. Im trying to get a good 60 pounds to hit 200 pound area. And its just not working.

Fuck, bb.com destroys you for asking these kinda questions. Teen misc. is fun to read tho. Kids asking about lumps on their balls, what a vagina feels like, etc. Makes me LOL. I love albacore in the pouch but it gets expensive fast. Chicken breasts are where its at. Like 220 calories, 30g of protein and almost no fat. Tilapia is good too. Really easy to cook and absorbs the flavor of whatever you cook it in really well. Good luck man, just remember to eat yourself sick lol.

i love trying everything( probably bad for me in the long run), but im currently taking JACK3D. so far i love it. i drink about 6 litres of water a day. back to eating 6 eggs in the morning with 4 slices of turkey bacon. 3 cans of tuna at lunch. and 3 chicken breast around 6pm. ive lost 23 pounds in the last 2 months and my strength is going through the roof. upper body is getting rather big also.

Dude you're "rather big" PERIOD! Like a tank lol. I've tried so much shit and never felt a difference from any of it. I've taken just plain creatine multiple times and actually have more strength when I quit taking it. I don't understand it. I'm waiting for the new e-bol to come out. It looks promising, although Mass fx did too and that was a huge let down. I wish I wasn't so set on staying natural, otherwise id just run a PH cycle and call it a day.

ph cycles are kinda point less, i have done about 5-6 cycles in the past 1-2yrs and when you come off the cycle even with proper pct's it's so hard to make gains and it seems like it takes even longer to put on qwality size.

i had my lab work done after taking super drol for one month and 2 of my liver enzymes where sky high "due to toxtic shit from pills" and my bad cholesterol was at 160 and my good cholesterol was at 4 lol

i say take the real stuff sestonon 250 ftw it has 4 different testosterones in it with out having a lot of toxic "methyelated" shit runing threw your liver.

What did you run cycles of? I wouldn't expect any amazing gains with a PH, I just think that's something that I may actually feel affecting my body. Its blood work like yours that scares me and keeps me away from them, plus I have a lot more natural potential left. If it were to come down to that though, I would go for the real stuff without a doubt. Also, were you taking liver support? And what pct? Out of curiosity

I feel the same way, i have tried many different products and it seems like once im off it i really start feeling the strength gains. I heard so many good reviews from mass fx and i have to agree that it was a let down, right now im sticking to protein shakes, and basic vitamins. This might be the best i have felt in a while too, im 185 squat 4 plates, dead lift 4 plates, and pretty sure i can bench 3 plates (havent benched heavy since i hurt my shoulder a while back but did 275 a few times and felt good)

for liver support i was taking milk thistle 80% silymarin 3 pills a day while on cycle as well as off, and for pct i was taking week1-6 nolvadex @ 20 mg ed
week1-10 HGH 2iu ed.

Right now im 5'8 161lbs and not very lean:smirk: i just need to stick to the basics of proper diet and eating to make gaines.

Hard part about trying to add size is diet diet diet, supps won't do anything if your not eating 5-6 meals a day and throw in 2-3 shakes a day, you will grow more than taking any supp.
