Alright my next step is to run my oil return line, Everything points toward a -10 hose(is this correct?) or should I use something else? Also tapping into my oil pan, do I used a weld in bung, jb welded AN fitting,or a bulkhead that also has lock nut/gasket from behind?

I already know the spot, and yes it above the oil line.. Another question does in need to be flush from the inside of the pan? or do I have to worry about clearance issues on moving internals?

yes -10 is correct. you could use 5/8" high temp(oil safe) hose as well if you want to save some money. I personally like weld in bungs, but if you don't have the resources to do that the bulkhead style works well. as far as clearancing you would have to have a stupid long fitting to hit anything. and the first thing you would hit is the windage tray so you won't have to worry about that. even sohc's have a good distance from where you'll be installing it.

just make sure it's not kinked and goes downward with no upward runs.
