Looking to join a gym soon. I'm just looking for the cheapest one I can join. I dont need any hardcore personal trainer or a 10 year supply of weight gainer.

I just want to be able to go running and lift some weights after work. Any suggestions?

Gym memberships are kinda like buying new cars. You can haggle with them. The more I said no and I started to walk away, the lower the monthly price of my membership was and the more initial fees they waived.

The guy at the front desk actually told me to do that. Its worked so far at 2 gyms now. When i went in with a 2 week trial pass the guy told me to use it as a negotiating tool.

The trainer I had after the 3 months was 120 for 9 more months. Like dude said you gotta hustle them. I go to the one by the biltmore, i live close to there and there is always HOT CHICKSs THERE for motivation lol

i had a friend that worked for LA Fitness back in the day. the initiation fees is part of their commission. a lot of people dont know they can waive the entire fee. they just wont make any money for the sign-up of the new member. thats how my friends and I got our membership

P90X 3 payments of $40 plus $20 for shipping and all you need it a couple of dumbells and something to do pull ups on (i.e. pull up bar) and some dedication.. Believe me this will be cheaper in the long run plus you get nutritional guidance book to healthier eating habits.
