Buy the spray on gasket remover if you're trying to strip anything off of metal. It'll eat plastic though, don't spray it on plastic parts.

is it drying out? if so try putting a piece of poly over the part while it works. If you are doing it in really cold weather it could keep it from really doing anything, try doing it somewhere warmer. try hitting the part with 80 grit to open it up and it might penetrate then. If none of these work, more than likely your stripper is bad. It doesn't like cold temp. I've heard of the stripper going bad from cold weather. How old is it? if it's the gallon and didn't get closed it, could have gone bad. What are you trying to strip?

heres a little tip. it doesnt work so well on shit that has been rattle canned a bunch of times.. but what i would do is pour it all over whatever i wanted to strip. wait 5 minutes then hose it off

i used the aircraft stripper that comes in a can. after the clear coat on the rims i used it on bubbled up, i sprayed it with high pressure water. after that, i hit it with steel wool.

make sure if you are using the spray can stuff that you spray it very heavily. the wetter the better. if it dries out it wont work and make sure you rough up the paint first with some 80 or 40 grit.

slap it on then used a heat gun works wonders... if you don't got a heat gun use a blow dryer!
