so apparently people weren't as "creative" as you said jager...
1 even said LOUD...
the only creative ones in my opinion are #1 and #2... it's too bad #1 was such poor quality.
either way i voted for number 2 because it's the most abstract and less obvious.

congrats man, best setup shot. Not sure if the Ipod is considered "loud" but I know where you were going with it.
ohh btw, who did the subwoofer pic? I liked it a lot and was torn by the two.

eh too setup is a better phrase for me... but it was a good shot nonetheless just think it was too obvious.
i think everyone went way to literal... go more into the abstract of the different meanings of the word loud and explore from there.

hahah some people certainly did. no offence but to the people the took a pic of a stereo deck... super original.
I probably would've picked the speaker if it were a lit up a little better.

but the lighting plays into the abstract more. i don't think i would have done anything different, if it were brighter it would have been more obvious what it was... that would defeat the purpose of the abstract.
i just like it because the outer ring is in foucs but the cone almost looks like it may have been moving when it was shot.
had i more time i would have shot something for this, but i'll definitely do the next one.

Looks like the cone was moving to me as well - kinda like sound waves pulsing out of the picture.
I'll be "entering" the next one too, well hopefully. If I have a good idea, then i will.

the speaker shot was mine. im sure my neighbors were pissed as I had it up super load playing Too Short to get the right bass effect :)
the next subject may be a bit more difficult in hopes of gauging more creativity.
