were running 3 inline's on my cousins car. I sumped the tank 2 are in parrallel and one in series. -10 from the sump, -8 to the rail -6 from the regulator to the tank two 100 micron pre filters one 10 micron post filter. made 631whp on E85 with rock steady fuel pressure(e85 needs alot more volume than gas). also had a intank and inline on a friends car. spliced the inline just before the fuel filter and mounted it on the firewall. he mad just shy of 700 on c16. then upgraded to a magna fuel I think to run e85 and made 750whp.

a single 255lph "HP" is good to just shy of 600whp on gas. you need more than that?

is there no way to set up a dual pump in tank system? You could atleast keep the pumps cool that way. I guess the extrenal/inline would probably be easier to setup though...

actually there is a guy who was making a billet tank cover for a dual walbro intank setup. I seen it on honda tech. its a really nice piece. as for keeping it cool I guess I don't see the difference of it being submersed in a tank or with cool fluid running through it? maybe it would help a little more since there there is more surface area covered by the fluid. makes sense.
