i dont think collective "installs" sleeves.....you need to send them to a machine shop that has PLENTY experiance with the darton sleeve. I dont think there is anyone in AZ that has made a good name in that catagory with honda blocks. i could be wrong.....remeber, you pay for what you get.

We don't install the sleeves ourselves, but we work with a shop who has done this for us for years. To do it right, it isn't cheap. Our results have been bad ass.

ERL---probably not the best company out there. A lot of cars on the east coast are having problems with ERL builds. Dont get me wrong there work is bad ass im just saying ive heard quite a few complaints from Indiana and Kentucky locals saying that ERL's work is not what it used to be. But hey they have lots of PRO cars so obiously its not to bad. I say hit up Collective and see what there machinest have to offer. Good luck with the build.
