2nd gear grindage

I cant keep my 97 coupe's stick in 2nd gear it eaither pops out or grinds until it finally goes in. it has to be at the same rpm every time very carefully... but its driving me crazy!! plz help!

Syncros are bad. I hear tage on here does great tranny work for a fair dollar amount.
