bumper and fender installation help!!

so im installing a front bumper and the two fenders but i have no nuts or bolts and need to know what size and how many i need. arent they those plastic ones that expand?

usually 10mm bolts... no plastic tabs depending on what car... if it's an integra then the top of the front bumber are like these giant screw looking things
