my right rear tire shakes going between 60 and 65..

for some reazon the rear right tire shakes on my 95 integra when im driving at 60 but when i pass 65 it stops .... why dose it do that??? is it the spring?

Yeah the tire needs to be rebalanced. They probably counter balanced it.
