Well I decided to make this thread for my own progress. Mainly just for something I can keep track of. This week I lost 3 lbs
weight in 1/17/2009 300 lbs
weigh in 1/19/2009 298 lbs
weigh in 1/27/2009 296 lbs (cheated this weekend and still keeping at weight)
weigh in 1/28/2009 295 lbs (morning weight)

great and thats off of diet alone. Work outs start this week.

keep up the work man!!! I weighed in at 295 in another progress thread we had and had lost 100lbs. currently at 205 but thats because I don't want to be some skinny bastard lol.

no way dude.. when i saw you last you didnt look nearly that heavy.. congrats on tryin to get it down tho.. keep it up man:clapper:
