:hi:
Ok guys i just have a couple questions hopefully someone can help me out with
basically just need help on what flanges i need to buy and stuff
first turbo build ive done so im noob
t3/t4 garrett

trying to buy all my the flanges/adapters of atpturbo.com since they have everything i need im just not sure on the exact parts

First,
this is where the feed line goes correct? i already have the feed line so all i need is what in order to connect it to the back of the block?

Second,
my downpipe uses a vband flange and clamp but how can i connect the downpipe to the turbo using that when the clamp will not fit around the 4 bolts on the exhaust housing?

Lastly,
this is for the return line correct? what all do i need to connect this to the oil pan after its been tapped?

you can get a pre made oil feed line from full-race. or just go to lopers.

for the down pipe. you can have someone weld a v-band flange on a 4-bolt turbine discharge flange. it works great i ve done it a million times.

and yes that is the drain line. you need a standard t3 oil drain flange and -10 fittings i use a weld bung to go back in the pan.

dude if you send me a message i can help you out. and if you would like i can do the welding for you as well.

in the pick above....you need to weld on one of those rings to the housing of the exhaust side and the other to the downpipe... no gasket is required...

for your drain. you need the bill drain adapter and the fitting for your oil pan...

the drain and the clamp for the exhaust

should look like this...

what mr. burner said....or if u want it to be removable then get the v band flange and get it welded to a 4 bolt downpipe flange that matches ur turbo and then ur gonna have to use a gasket too..

For any sort of gaskets, flanges, hardware, etc. you can hit up Full-Race. They keep it all in stock.
