If your goal is to trim down then yes...high reps is the way to go.

WOW 25 lbs is alot depending on what excercise u r doing that day. I use 20 for everything but I think I am going to get bands. I have the ghetto screwon type dumbbells and it is way too difficult to change weights constantly. Just finished day 13 today so tomorrow rest or stretch. I have lost nother couple lbs. He tells you 8-10 reps heavier weight if you want size or 12-14 lighter weight for cutting but he wants you to really feel it in the last three reps. Good luck and Boostfed keep it up I have a hard time staying motivated but i feel energized now!

I've watched one portion of it. The guy is a crack head, and you won't get any bigger from it. It's just high intensity cardio to help you lose fat.

technically you could gain size. resistance and weight bearingis what causes muscles to tear and rebuild. using the weights and bands would cause an increase. but i highly doubt a huge gain, we'll see. I'm kind of thick anyway, so it's time to lean out. I run 2-3 miles a day and it's just not doing it, but it's my diet lol., I LOVE FOOD haha

It was at boxing inc doing muay thai, grappling, and boxing. yea it was expensive but i really enjoyed it. i was suppose to fight in november but it didn't work out. Golds gym was 35 a month, that wasn't too bad. But it's my fault cuz I could always go work out at my old high school for free.

Some of you guys that are doing it, help me out... I did the pre fit test and I used 25 lb dumbells... I did them 20x adn then I did 30 15x...hor are the exercises..shud I go buy 30's for the workouts? I bought 25's and used 30's at school today but i'm thinking about going to exchange the 25's for 30's. but I am not sure how all the workouts are. lmk thanks

I didnt do the pre test I should have to get a good baseline but I use everything from 10 lbs to 25 or 30 pound weights Im sure i could do more for back days I am probably goin to get an assortment of dumbells in 5 lb increments or the bands I just finished doing day 19 and it is getting really hard to stay motivated at first your energy goes through the roof i feel skinnier in my clothes and weight was dropping then all of a sudden it all stopped well not really but it feels like it did you should use the 25 for now and if its to light do more reps find the burn and eventually go heavier i want trim not size so i do light weight more reps personally good luck bro
