well i am planning on boosting my hatch and dont know what turbo to go with i have looked at alot but i am still stumped and would like your guys imput. i have a internaly stock b18c1 with 45k miles (rebuilt). so basically i have 2 questions.

1. how many pounds can a gsr hold?
2. what turbo?

now keep in mind this is going to be a DD and used at the track every once in awhile.
my goals are to get into the 350whp range and to be in the mid to low 13's.

all help is appreciated please keep negative comments to yourself.

psi on a stock gsr depends GREATLY on the quality of the tune.

but i would go with something like a garrett gt28rs(disco potato) you wont have any resonse issues and you wont run out of breath in the heigher rpms

you need a t3 t4 50 trim....will do great on the street......for a stock motor, i wouldnt push it past 350hp.

im going to be doing 10 psi on the track and 5 psi daily on a t3/t4 garrett
definitely do arp head studs and a cometic head gasket.. everyone says that and theyre right
350 hp seems a little much to shoot for with a stock gsr in my opinion

I would go with 57 trim garrett or boog warner. Check out the section on homemadeturbo.com And check out FJTs website, He has good deals on bullseye turbos too. Get uberdata or chrome as fuel management and tune tune tune. 2 stage colder spark plugs, new fuel filter and a oil chatch can and youll be good to go.
