i have an aftermarket bumper but the kid i bought the car from fucked it up. anything i can use to seal the cracks and shit back up?

fiberglass resin...Go to vatozone or checker's 30-40 a gallon.

make sure you buy a bag of the fiberglass mat or cloth as well. scuff up the inside of the bumper, anywhere you are going to apply the resin, then lay the mat down. mix up your resin/hardener per instructions on the can. add more/less hardener if the temp outside is lower/higher than the suggested temp. pour the resin over the mat, get all the bubbles out/spread it around with a disposable paint brush. let it dry and repeat as necessary. just a little tip, mix your resin in a thick plastic cup or use coffee can/glass jar. if you use small 16 oz beer pong cups, triple them up because the resin will eat right through the cup and make a gigantic mess.

even better tip, use paper paint mixing cups for the resin. if it eats through the plastic the byproduct will change the way the resin sets and hardens. paper cups ftw
