ok so i been workin out a little bit with some friends latley..
everything was good, just trying to get cut, working on abs and chest mainly. well the last couple weeks i have pretty much lost my appetiete.. i went from eating pretty much everything put in front of me to for example 1 bowl of soup filled me up yesterday.. which is usually never the case.. any ideas? already as it is im usually about 165.. jumped on the scale yesterday and im down to 155. am i getting sick or something? i feel fine.. or is it stress or something esle any body got any ideas?? maybe im just nervous bout this baby on the way lol.
