What really get me is they cost about 100 bucks more than any other injector out there, so I guess im wondering if they really work as good as people have been saying they do?

we have been using a local company's injectors for several years now with no issues

our shop EVO is runing 1550cc and has been for 4 years...... they work well and are only about $70 an injector.

We run the injectors in our race car. I believe Locash and Freshmanny are also using them in their race cars also. They work really good and are cool because you don't need a resistor box with them.

Definetly would be nice to save a resistor box, although i have a box and precision 880s i was planning on using.
Another thing and probably the main thing for me is they claim they idle better than any other comparible sized injector as well as more accurate voltages.
I know the first part may not matter for most drag cars, but one of the things that pissed me off soo badly was how bad my old turbo civic idled with dsm 450's. IT could have been a tuner issue, but it was the only hondata shop at the time where i lived.

I dont want to deal with that again....

the bosch 1600cc blue tops have been discontinued by bosch though you can still find them on ebay, but with higher prices. there is also a different version, but the blue top is considered the best.

the new injectors are also bosch and they are the new pico or small body size you'd see on a K series. the cool part is that they are still saturated or high impedance, not low or peak and hold like other large injectors. the top is 14mm, which is bigger than a B series fuel rail so adapters are needed and that is one reason why the $100 each price. they also have different plugs so everyone sells them with pigtails. again, contributes to the higher prices.

but their flow at low rates is excellent and at higher pressures they continue to flow evenly and in an nice pattern. best of all, they handle 100-120 psi of fuel pressure. combine them with a bosch 044 pump and you will flow some serious fuel.

i'm not sure if there is only one original version or two, but all the units being sold are modified factory injectors. i know of about 550, 750 and 1000cc versions. they are created in batches of 100 to match them nearly perfect in sets of 4. you also get voltage offsets and temperature offsets, something no one else gives you.

Not to mention that part throttle driveability can be obtained, unlike most of those crappy 1200+cc peak and hold injectors.. I have cars idling at 20:1 air fuel on these injectors, no problems.. Honestly, the best part about them is that they are properly flowed and matched, unlike that crap that RC gives you, with a bullshit spec sheet, and no battery comp values..

These injectors are actually matched and sold by Injector Dynamics, so if you aren't buying the Injector Dynamics injectors, you're getting screwed.. :) I have 8 of them in my 800+hp car, 8 of them in Manny's 900+ hp car, 4 of them in Henry and Aarons 850+ hp car at 100 psi base fuel pressure.. Try that with an RC, and let me know how they work for you.. :)

I have 22 sets of these in stock, at $450 a set.. I wouldn't have bought this many injectors if I didnt believe in them, and I even use them in all motor cars, they work that well.. As previously stated, no resistor box used, so they run properly..

The B&M regulator probably won't work very well, I would recommend a complete aftermarket unit, such as the Aeromotive, Weldon, etc..

which aeromotive unit would you recommend? They make a universal and the bolt on honda one, I have read some people have leaking problems with the bolt on one. Stock would still be good as long as stock fuel pressure will be enough right?

i will most likely be running a aeromotive regulator but what about my fueal line what size hard line or should i go steelbraided idk i have so many questions and noone to answer them

Use the A1000 Injected Bypass Regulator, P/N 13101, and for 700+hp, I would use the stock feed line as your return line, and run a -8 line from a Bosch Motorsports 044 pump to the front of the car..

perfect and will hardline be good or do i need to run steel braided? im sorry for all the questions i just wanna do this right so my walbro to the 044 -8 line not -10 and the aeromotive regulator and then ill be coming up to c you lol

Hardline is fine, and you can run -10 if you want, but -8 will be fine..
