View Full Version : Maintence Required light

This might sound like a dumb question but does anyone know how to reset the maintence required light? I went and got a oil change done on my 06 rsx and im not sure if their suppose to reset it for you or if I'm suppose to do it myself. Either way, it wasnt done. Thanks!

i think you take the cover off the fuse panel and theres a main reset button...

its in the owners manual. it some kind of sequence with turning the key on and off.

Put the key in the ignition, Press and hold down the odometer button thing on your gauge cluster. Turn the key to the on position and keep holding till you see it blink. Its somewhere around 15 seconds. Just release, turn off the car, and turn it on.

x2, sometimes you might have to try a couple times but this is how I do mine.
Jiffy Lube will reset it for you but everywhere else I've been has failed to even attempt it.

ok thanks you guys. I havent tried it yet but im sure it will work. And my car didnt come with an owners manual, already tried to look for it lol
