View Full Version : no more working out for me!

So this year was my year to get in shape and was my new years resolution. Started off pretty good and lost quite a bit of weight within like 2-3 months and it was time to hit the gym and do some cardio and hit the weights! Well everything was going really good and i been seeing a lot of gains and then for the past few days or so my shoulder was popping and didnt really have all my strength and stuff. Found out last night it was a rotator cuff. :( sp im out for awhile again till i get it stronger. any suggestions on what exercises and stuff i should do?

so found out it wasnt a torn rotator cuff but my shoulder is really messed up and im going to have to lift really light weights to build it up to make it stronger and I shouldn't start lifting for at least 2 months. Has any1 experience a rotator cuff injury? and what did u do to get it stronger?

the best thing to do is google some stretches for torn rotator cuffs and not work out at all for like 3 months. there are also some rubber band excersises you can do also, just google them and go buy a resistance rubber band thing at do them about 3 times a week.

cool i just been doing some shoulder exercises with 10lb weights but imma look into the rubber band
