Im looking to try out road racing/ autocross.

Im not sure if i can get some help here, but it would be great.

I wanna try it once, to see what all the hype is about.

Now my question is, Does SIR in Tucson offer this at all?
i have been told that On occasion they use the pits as an autocross area, now i may be wrong but im J/W?

i wanna try it local, before i take the hike up to phx to do this. i just dont wanna waste my time and have something go wrong or i completly hate it and waste time and gas.

anyone?

...and for the record "autox" and "road racing" are not the same thing.

Autox = cones setup in a parking lot to define a course. Typically you never go faster than 2nd gear and the fast time will come from 80% driver and only 20% car/mods.

Road Racing = Real race track with multiple turns and triple digit speeds and the fastest times will be 40% driver and 60% car.
