Yeah, apparently after the cake on face they cleaned up and used face paints...

I'm pretty much staff there but yeah, it's not uncommon for a dude to be drunk, pass out and sleep in the place. Like if a dude is sleeping on the street, which isn't uncommon at all then cops will usually pick you up and drive you home.
