I wish I could gain weight like that! I used to eat a 1lb bag of twizzlers and 2 liters of Mountain Dew every night, never got any exercise and didn't gain a pound :(. The whole bulking thing never worked for me no matter how much I ate either. I just started going to the gym in mid-late november 07 and basically lived there. I went every week day for up to 4 hours a day up until about 2 months ago. Now I try and go 4 nights a week and actually have a decent routine down. I always look back at that first picture and shake my head, I never realized how fuckin anorexic I looked

Ah I used to go up to 3 hours a day until i was told by some knowledgable huge guys that its bad for your body after 2 hours straight a day, especialy if your not getting real food right then. I wish I could just be a bodybuilder though...go in twice a day...one for abs and cardio other for lifting, damn society :(

I did a lot of reading on BBforums and they said when you first start going it's ok to spend ridiculous amounts of time at the gym, but after a while you need to slow down because you'll overwork your muscles and blah blah. You're pretty big tho dude, I'd be happy to be your size.
I go to the 24hour LA Fitness off 55th and Bell. I usually don't go in until 12-2am, I hate when people stand over you waiting to use the machine. |

Pete I never said I was getting ripped. That wasn't my goal. And I never took pics when I was @ 240lbs.... my goal was to get as strong as possible.... I would love to see u try my workout tho ;)
