Iam curious if you pulsed this or just straight up welded it ?
Iam best at welding aluminum but hope that with my new machine I will become more proficient at welding stainless.

Straight welding. I never pulse customer parts ever. Only time i pulse is when the material is being stubborn on my own projects.

As far as rounding corners, your part couldnt really get better. If your corner had radius to it, thats a different story. Dont stress the corners on a 90* break.
