Yes. All Base models no matter auto or 5spd came with a 3rd brake lamp in the rear window from the factory. If a Base model has a trunk mounted spoiler it was done at the dealer. The SH model came from the factory with a rear spoiler so they did not come with an interior mounted 3rd brake lamp since there is one in the spoiler.

As for rear deck carpet for an SH I believe there is 3 different numbers from 97-01. Just order one for he same year as you car and you will be fine.


I suppose I should get and post pics of the JDM door sills I finally put on a year after purchasing them and also of the extremely rare EDM headlamp protectors. There is less than 10 known sets in the USA and these were the last NEW set in Honda's inventory anywhere I'm the world. Had those for a few years now but haven't said much about them ever.

FINALLY got back into a LUDE after blowing up the first one acting like a dumb ass young kid ricer doing some john force burnouts and reving to the sky... i got what i had coming and have since grown up, after that bought a h swapped cb7 that was pretty bad shape and then joing the army went to korea came back to the states now in kansas and traded my stock ek for a h22a 95 lude last weekend. since then car has recieved Tein coilover's, Bronze 96-97 spec ITR wheels and non srs ITR wheel. as soon as i get it figured out ill post up pics again. i must say it feels good to be in a lude again feels like home

Not really and the one u posted a pic of is not a 5th gen one. I've had one, all that they are good for is messing up your paint hence one reason you don't see them. Other reason is the 5th gen actually blocks most of the opening. Hope that helps ya out.

Never said that. What I said is the one you have is NOT the one that was actually designed for the 5th gen. I have no clue what yours is actually for. Wether is be an older Accord, Civic or Lude. It is an older one though I can tell you.

Ever notice you really don't see any Honda's with them? They mar the paint under the front lip from the rubber rubbing the paint while driving. Trust me, it happened to me and I've seen RSX'S to Civic's with paint messed up by those things. Plus they cut into mpg.

Love the look of the 5th gen blades on a 4th gen when it's been swapped. Just need to but that back one on the other side.
