Aren't there different levels of coilovers offered from k-sport? Also can custom rates be ordered and the shock be valved for that rate?

Yes they make several different levels of coilovers. The kontrol pro coilover system is designed for street use. check this link and see if they make something that better fits your needs. We can inquire about custom rates and valving if needed.

Can't seem to find it but what is the minimum ride height on the K-sports. I don't want to slam my car, just fill in the gaps, not much more.

How much to install?

Depends on the car. But, most drop a min of 1.5-2". Labor depends on the car. Starting at 250 for removal of old suspension, install of new suspension and 1 height adjustment to your desired height.
