Yes sir, about 2 months ago.

Wanted to give AllMotorMike a huge thank you!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My intake fits and performs amazingly, and the radiator you modified and help mount couldn't have kept my engine cooler while road racing. I couldn't be happier! For all those thinking about coming to Mike for work, he comes highly recommended by me for many reasons. Mike has great innovative ideas and executes them exceptionally. Has all the proper tools needed for most anything you can think of, and works with them efficiently and quickly. Very easy to communicate with and meet up with to discuss plans/ideas. He is beyond affordable, even for most of us broke-dicks here at AZHT. He's not just a fabricator, he's an automotive enthusiast with a vast amount of useful information he'll use toward your requests. I'd pay extra for the things I've learned from him just talking with him. The only thing I ask, is that you don't ask him how much for this, and how much for that. Don't waste his, and your, time if you have no cash you're looking to spend. He does have other things to do besides answer everyones BS questions about projects that will never happen. You cannot imagine how many people do this. If you're serious about getting some great, custom work done, get in contact with him. You won't be disappointed. |
I gotta drop off a y8 head to him berryyyy berry soon!

How much for a catch can?

I just want to let everyone know that I did not know mickey was going to say that. That being said though, your welcome sir. What was the hottest ur coolant temps got to this weekend?
cray u want a basic single filter cylindrical style one or some huge 3 filter box set up with 10 -12 an fittings lol? Mike |
I'm not sure. Don't have an accurate temp gauge.
I do know that the previous setup hit limp mode + @ 220* F after 2 warm-up laps, and 1-2 95% laps. After about 3 cool down laps, it took less than 1 lap to get back to that point. At Firebird's East track on Saturday was hotter out than the previous outting, but didn't hit limp mode once. Was out on the track with my instructor (HPDE1) for 3 separate, 15 minutes sessions, beating the piss out of the car. Never had an issue. That was all I was hoping for. Would have went back today, for another 3, 15 minutes sessions (this time in HPDE2, meaning no instructor, meaning more piss-beating!), but my lack of sleep over the week got the best of me, and I slept through my alarms and missed the whole day. Probably a good thing though. I may have rolled. |
Damn that sucks lol, well glad all is well with the car sir.
