I call/text him all the time to get panels on my race car painted and he always gets back to me within a few hours. In fact I just text him last week about painting a fender that was damaged last weekend, he got right back to me that evening and I'm bringing it by for paint this week.

LOL, I sent him a text yesterday and he got back to me around 7pm. Headed there to drop a fender off for some painting and a rear CF wing for a reshoot with some fresh clear coat.
